CCNY Science Tower
Construction Management Project

The study, design, and construction management for the installation of new fume hood exhaust systems for the Marshak Science Tower at the City College of New York. This project included retro-fitting more than 180 existing fume hoods with low flow, high-performance retro-fit kits and replacement of more than 120 existing exhaust fans with 8 high velocity, high entrainment fans. This project resulted in a 50 percent reduction of the amount of outside air required for the building.
