Bronx Criminal Courthouse
Building Commissioning Project

Commissioning services for the new 1.1 million square foot Bronx Criminal Courthouse Complex, which is one of DASNY's largest projects in the New York metropolitan area. This project includes the commissioning of the new heating and cooling systems, including three new chillers, 36 air handling units, over 600 variable air volume (VAV) boxes, and a Building Management System. The new court complex is located on a three-block site on E. 161st St. near Grand Concourse Blvd.
